Under his leadership the company has overcame many challenges and risen from the ashes.

Decades ago, Mr. Gupta started his career in 1978 as a Junior Engineer in Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). Three years later he joined Compact Piles Constructions Pvt. Ltd. where he remained in service for a decade and rose to the post of General Manager. He was handling the complete operations and field Management for the Upper North region of the company. Thereafter he started his own Trading Business of Bathroom Fittings and accessories on Pan India Level, but his construction experience was calling him back. Hence was born, ECON which excelled in the Operation & Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment.

He had always seen ECON growing beyond the norms of Operation & Management.He led the company into Construction & Designing of Wastewater treatment plants. Our first project was in 2003 for the Global Name in Pharma "RANBAXY" in Gurugram. There was no stopping for him or the company after this, as we took multiple projects of Construction and O&M for wastewater treatment..

The next step was to enter the Construction Business with Civil and Architectural design for which he was the guiding force for his partners and team. Hence the civil and construction business was started in 2007. He is committed to the company and makes sure that he is personally involved in every project. Under his leadership the company and the staff feel a secure and steady hand above them.

Mr. Arpit Gupta is the Managing Partner of ECON with over 10 years of experience in the field of Construction of Waste treatment plants, Architectural design &construction of residential & commercial properties and spaces like schools, restaurants, pubs, homes, offices etc. He also has vast experience in Operation & Maintenance of Waste Treatment plants and handling of labor and manpower.

With a degree in Civil Engineering he started his career in 2009 as Site Engineer with the esteemed Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited. A Year later he joined as Manager in ECON and handled the complete Operations & Maintenance segment of the Group. He was largely responsible in giving ECON its name as the leader in Operations and Maintenance and a company which takes care of its clients as well as its people.

As the company was entering architectural designing and civil construction business it was,he who led this diversification at the helm and completed some major turnkey projects for the company with the help of his alliance making skills and vendor management. Mr. Gupta brought to fore the organization's expertise for 'Design and Build' construction solutions and gave "ECON WINGS TO FLY".

Mrs. Shruti Gupta is a Management Professional with a master's in finance from IMT, Ghaziabad. She has a vast experience of Sales Support, Revenue Assurance and Strategic Planning in Telecom Industry with names like Airtel, Accenture. She is currently taking care of the complete Operations for the group from Management to Admin.

She is a people's person and makes sure that the staff employed in any of the group's umbrella companies feel a part of the family.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta is a qualified commerce Post Graduate and Finance & Accounting professional. Over the past 31 years Mr. Gupta has worked for leading companies in various capacities in the field of Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Gupta has been associated with ECON for more than a decade but he actively joined the team in 2017 wherein he assumed the role of the Chief Financial Officer and took responsibility of the complete Finance & Accounts function of the Group. Mr. Gupta is a dedicated and committed Individual who treats his responsibilities with utmost care and makes sure that every penny of the group is accounted for.

With a degree in Architecture from NIT, Bhopal, Mr. Antriksh Kansal is the Head Architect-Interior Designerin ECON Group and takes care of the complete architectural and interior designing segment of the company. He started his career in the year 2014 with a reputed architectural firm and served as their senior architect.

Driven by a passion to succeed and possessing requisite talent he made his mark on the various architectural & interior designing projects. He associated with ECON in 2016 as Chief Architect. After taking care of complete turnkey projects for ECON group now he has risen to be a Partner in ECON STUDIO, An esteemed name under the Umbrella of ECON Group. He played a prominent role in establishing ECON Group as a name to search for by securing several landmark projects , notable among which are PETALS World School(Kaushambi), The Grand Paris Banquets (Site IV, Ghaziabad), The Pub of India (Dehradun) and many more.

Mr. Ram Chandra Singh is the Technical Officer of ECON and with a decade long association has been one of the pillars of the company. With a dual Masters in Environment he started his career in 1997 with Envirad Projects Pvt. Ltd. He joined ECON in 2010, where he took charge of the technical supervision and guidance for the waste water treatment division of the company.

His unique qualities of commitment, dedication, sincerity and loyalty make him somebody that everyone in the company respects and depends upon. He is responsible for training the new talent joining the company and also making sure that all environmental norms are met. He also takes care of any research and development activities required at the plants and complete execution and supervision of any technical solutions required for better performance.
